2. Original Artwork (Paintings & One-of-a-Kind Pieces)
All original artwork sales are final, except in cases of damage during shipping.
If your artwork arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the artwork
- We will assess whether the piece can be repaired
Resolution Options:
- If repair is possible → We will coordinate return and repair at no cost to you
- If repair is not possible → A full refund will be issued
Important Notes:
- Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
3. Prints & Reproductions
All print sales are final, except in cases of damage during shipping.
If your print arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide clear photographic evidence
Resolution:
- A replacement print will be provided if available
- If a replacement is unavailable → A refund may be issued at our discretion
4. Stickers
All sticker purchases are:
- Final sale
- Non-refundable
- Not eligible for return or exchange
5. Digital Downloads (Including Future Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital content:
- All digital download purchases are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once access has been granted
Exception (Technical Issues Only):
- If you experience problems accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us and we will ensure delivery of the file
