We are excited to share that Phoebe Trites is being featured as the Topeka Art Guild’s Artist of the Month for September 2026!
Throughout September, a special collection of Phoebe’s artwork is featured on the Artist of the Month wall at the Topeka Art Guild Gallery in Fairlawn Plaza. The display is prominently visible from the mall entrance and includes a wide variety of her work, from colorful landscapes and imaginative fantasy scenes to abstract and mixed-media pieces.
The exhibition also provides an opportunity to introduce Phoebe to the Topeka Art Guild community as one of its newest members. At 18, Phoebe is an emerging Topeka artist currently studying studio art at Washburn University and working as a studio artist at the Avant Garde Underground studio in the NOTO Arts Center. The Topeka Art Guild also highlighted Phoebe and her artistic journey in its September member newsletter.
Visitors are invited to stop by and see the exhibition during September.
